We are Morgan Williams and Cassidy Denny, two passionate women dedicated to helping others through our company, Nourished by Faith, which focuses on Faith, Food, and Functional Health.
Morgan is a devoted wife and mother of three young children, including a set of twins and a medically complex child, all under the age of three. She understands the challenges of balancing family life, motherhood, and frequent doctor appointments. Cassidy, on the other hand, is navigating the exciting yet challenging transition of being a newlywed while managing a full-time job.
At Nourished by Faith, we believe that true nourishment begins with asking ourselves: “What does the Bible say, and how can we apply it to our health in practical ways?” In a world saturated with confusing diet and wellness trends, we know how overwhelming it can feel to take the first steps toward healing your body. We want to remind you that “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and sound judgment.” 2 Timothy 1:7. He desires for us to approach our health with discernment , while using His word to empower us to make choices that honor both our bodies and Him.
